Tip of the Week

Include these lovely plants in your design for an old-fashioned garden. Annuals should include: larkspur, delphinium, alyssium, cleome, morning glory, forget-me nots, johnny jump-ups and poppies.
Perennials should include: feverfew, verbena, day lilies, artemesia, santolina, beebalm, coreopsis and rose campion. Add a windchime, and pretty garden bench for interest. At the entrance to your garden, have an arching pergola covered with honeysuckle, clematis or a glorious antique rose.
