November 8, 2002, Newsletter Issue #146: Rose Care in Winter

Tip of the Week

I spray my roses with dormant oil in the late Fall and again in the Spring. This inhibits the overwintering of insects and affords some protection from disease. When you spray, make sure to thoroughly saturate the canes and donīt water on the same day you use this product.
